The game I picked to show is Metal gear solid 5: the Phantom pain. I choice this because it's a hybrid, it mixes both the Hubs & Spokes and open world flow models together. Majority of the game is open world, but the player has to continuously go back to the base as shown on the video. This is also seen in the difficulty chart I've made. Whenever the player is back at the base the game has a rest moment, where there is no action and the player gets to relax and just walk around.
